MOSCOW, Jan 19 (PRIME) -- The police detained Deputy Transport Minister Vladimir Tokarev and started searches in the ministry building on Wednesday, a source with knowledge of the situation told PRIME.
"Tokarev is on vacation," a source close to the official said.
The Transport Ministry declined to comment.
